High School gymnastics: Hodags host Red Robins

Parents night was held for the Hodag gymnasts at the Hodag Dome recently as the Hodags hosted the Red Robins of Antigo. This was a nonconference event and the first meet for the Hodags since December. Scores for the girls were up as many new skills were added to routines.

Antigo won the meet with a 121.275 score to Rhinelander’s 117.65.

Best finishes for the Hodags were a third place on the vault for Alexa Lukes as well as a third place finish on the uneven bars tied with teammate Bridge Koser with a score of 6.90.

On the balance beam high scorer was Payton Rudawski with a 7.550 in second place; on the floor senior Lilli Bishop scored a 8.150 for third place and for the all-around a career best for Bridget Koser with a 30.05 for a fourth place finish.
