Obituary: Jerry E. King
Jerry Eugene King, age 82 of Rhinelander, died Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020. He was born Sept. 8, 1938 in Ida Grove, Iowa to John and Isle King.
Jerry served in the Air National Guard while attending college.
He is survived by his wife, LoriLee (Kronke) King of Rhinelander; children: Jeffery (Craig) of Milwaukee, Lorenz (Shonda) of Rhinelander, Jonnathan (Amy) of Rhinelander, Christian (Moria) of Rhinelander, Forest of Titusville Fla., Winston (Lisa) of Sugar Camp, and Elisabeth of Sayner; 20 grandchildren; one great-grandson; siblings, Linda King of Fox Lake, Ill., Anne King of Seattle; Rebeca Edwards (Rob) of Poplar Grove, Ill.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents and his brother John. An open house gathering of friends and family will be held 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Nov. 7, to celebrate and honor Jerry’s life, legacy, and his deep love for God. (Carlson Funeral Home)
