A month-long investigation by the Forest County Drug Task Force has resulted in the arrest of two people detectives said are responsible for a fentanyl overdose April 3.
Brandon Pridgeon, 31 of Milwaukee and Shavonn Tuckwab, 19, of Crandon are in Forest County Jail for second degree reckless endangerment and delivery of schedule I narcotics, both felonies.

Officers from the sheriff’s office and Crandon Police Department responded to a 911 call in the town of Crandon April 3 for a 27-year-old male who was not breathing. The man was revived with three doses of naloxone, a drug that can temporarily counteract an opioid overdose, and then transported by rescue squad to the hospital. According to the sheriff’s office, an investigation determined the man overdosed after ingesting fentanyl; additional amounts of the drug and paraphernalia were found at the residence.
According to an online court calendar, Pridgeon is scheduled for arraignment May 9 on previously charged offenses. There is nothing scheduled in the Forest County Court calendar at this time for Tuckwab.
