Dawn M. Manke, Lake Tomahawk, charged with OWI (5th or 6th) and bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $3,500. Preliminary hearing Sept. 7.
Deann E. Aufrere, Lake Tomahawk, charged with possession of methamphetamine. Signature bond set at $3,500. AIA Sept. 24.
Caitlin Marie Kuehl, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to retail theft-intentionally conceal (<=$500). Ordered to pay costs of $200 and restitution, $243.40.
Zachary T. Moyer, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct/domestic abuse. Signature bond set at $1,000. AIA Oct. 8.
Jason L. Mullen, Rhinelander, pleads no contest/guilty to criminal damage to property; has charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct dismissed. Sentenced to 60 days in jail, concurrent to current sentence, and ordered to pay costs, $150.
Kyle L. Kraak, Rhinelander, enters into DPA for possession of narcotic drugs. Has operating while revoked dismissed. Review hearing Aug. 12, 2019.

Michael A. La Due, Arbor Vitae, is found guilty at jury trial of OWI (4th within 5 years) and operating while revoked. Charge of operating with PAC is dismissed. Sentenced to 141 days in jail with 141 days credit.

Shawn D. Oelrich, Rhinelander, pleads no contest/guilty to amended charge of disorderly conduct-county/municipality. Fined $263.50. Review hearing Nov. 5.
Derek Lynn Bellomy, Crandon, charged with operating with restricted controlled substance, possession of THC/possession of a controlled substance on or near certain places, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond set at $2,500. AIA Oct. 8.
Cody A. Strassman, Tomahawk, has charge of operating while revoked dismissed.
Jeffrey P. Rupert, Rhinelander, has charges of battery and disorderly conduct dismissed.
Robert G. Miller Jr., Rhinelander, is found not guilty at jury trial of OWI (3rd) and operating with PAC.

Alvin F. Sachse, Rhinelander, sentenced after revocation on charges of theft-movable property (<$2,500), criminal damage to property and bail jumping-felony, to 138 days in jail with 138 days credit, WHS/POP three years. Review hearing Dec. 3.
Austin M. Hallock, Rhinelander, sentenced after revocation on charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia to time served.
Elizabeth A. Tietsort, Rhinelander, pleads no contest/guilty to retail theft-intentionally take (<$500) and possession of drug paraphernalia; charge of possession of methamphetamine is dismissed. Sentenced to time served.
Michael P. Heidenreich, Minocqua, sentenced after revocation on a charge of bail jumping-misdemeanor to 212 days in jail with 137 days credit.
