Joseph J. Timreck, Rhinelander, charged with manufacture/deliver THC (<=200g), intent/contribute to the delinquency of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cash bond set at $2,000. AIA Jan. 16.

Richard C. Nitschke, Rhinelander, charged with intent/contribute/delinquency (Felony), possession of methamphetamine, manufacture/deliver amphetamine (<=3g), possession of methamphetamine precursors, knowingly possess methamphetamine waste and possession of THC. Cash bond set at $25,000. AIA Dec. 11.

Brock A. Boquist, Merrill, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of bail jumping-felony. Cash bond set at $3,000. AIA Dec. 4.

Jacob J. Bickford, Lac du Flambeau, charged with possession of methamphetamine.  Signature bond set at $5,000. AIA Jan. 22.

Mary L. Beson, Lac du Flambeau, charged with possession of methamphetamine and resisting or obstructing an officer. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA Dec. 4.

George A. King, Pelican Lake, has charges of disorderly conduct and battery dismissed following fulfillment of DPA.

Tuesday, Nov. 28

Kayla J. Kreuser, Wausau, pleads no contest to one count of failure to support a child and has three counts of failure to support a child dismissed; enters DEJ. Review hearing Nov. 25, 2019.

Jonathan R. Stewart, Tipler, has charge of possession with intent to deliver – THC (<=200g) dismissed following fulfillment of DPA.

Wednesday, Nov. 29

Richard J. Owczarzak, Lake Tomahawk, charged with OWI (3rd) and possession of THC. Signature bond set at $2,000. AIA Jan.22.

Mary R. Blowers, Laona, pleads no contest/guilty to amended charge of operating without a valid license. Fined $263.50. Review hearing Feb. 26.

Nicholas A. Barlowski, Rhinelander, pleads no contest/guilty to OWI (2nd) and has operating w/PAC dismissed. Fined $1,429, sentenced to 5 days in jail with Huber and one day credit; driver’s license revoked 12 months; IID 12 months. Review hearing Feb. 26.

Cathy A. Hoessel, Mechanicsburg, Penn., pleads guilty to OWI. Fined $1,050; driver’s license revoked eight months and IID one year. Review hearing Feb. 12.

Moua Vang, Wausau, has charges of operating while revoked and IID tampering/failure to install dismissed.

Melinda R. Mongiat-Gransinger, Republic, Mich., pleads guilty to two amended charges of possession of a controlled substance. WHS/POP 18 months.
