The Northwoods School of Dance held their spring recital featuring “Alice in Wonderland and Specialty Pieces” at the high school. The show began with the specialty pieces followed by an intermission and then “Alice in Wonderland.” The recital was the last for the four seniors, Brianna Birginal, Maddie McLaughlin, Katelyn Shrock and Julia Wacker.
A group of older dancers opened the show with an Abba Medley.
The youngest dancers strutt their stuff to “Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows.”
Instructors Mariah Mannikko, Taylor Zuiker, Tanya Taylor, Karen Cook and Jessica Phelps performed to surprise the dance students and received loud approval from those in attendance.
Ava Sadak, as Tweedle Dee and Ella Stolzman, as Tweedle Dum, attempt to give Alice, portrayed by Katelyn Shrock, directions back to the river bank.
