Rhinelander polling places relocated
MARCH 26 — The locations of two polling places in the city of Rhinelander have been moved for the April 7 election. The Oneida County Aging and Disability Resource Center and the polls at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office have been moved to the Rhinelander High School gymnasium.
Rhinelander Clerk Val Foley continues to urge all voters to vote absentee by mail to avoid public polling places in light of the coronavirus COVID-19.
“We want everyone who is eligible and who wants to vote to be able to do so safely,” Foley said. “Absentee voting will greatly reduce crowds at polling places on Election Day, which will make social distancing much easier.”
Absentee ballots can also be dropped at polling places.
