James F. Berna, age 69, of Rhinelander died Thursday, September 26, 2019, at his home.  He was born on October 6, 1949, in Wausau to Norman and Dorothy Berna.

He is survived by his brother, Bob (Linda) Berna of Rhinelander; niece, Tammy (Tyrone) Espinoza of El Paso, Texas; four great-nieces and nephews; and four great-great-nephews. 

Visitation will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 5, at Carlson Funeral Home with a memorial service and celebration of life immediately following at 11 a.m. (Carlson Funeral Home)
