Shirley A. Stafford, age 82, of Rhinelander, died Jan. 4, 2018, at her residence. Shirley was born Dec. 4, 1935, in Wausau, to Harry and Regina (Cardack) Boerke.

She is survived by her children, Dan (Sandie Radzinski) Stafford, David Stafford, Brenda Stafford, Dennis (Tara Ring) Stafford, and Tricia (James) Croner, all of Rhinelander; two grandchildren; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Stafford; two sisters, Joanie (Lyle) DeLap and Doris (Jim) Gerum.

A funeral service will be held Jan. 10 at 1 p.m., with visitation 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Inurnment will take place later at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Cemetery. (Hildebrand Funeral Home)
