OBITUARY: SALLY ANN SCHULTZ

Sally Ann Schultz, age 82, of Rhinelander, died March 11, 2016, at Milestone Senior Living. She was born March 14, 1933, in Rhinelander to James and Hazel (Babineau) McCormick. Sally was a lifelong resident of Rhinelander. She graduated from Rhinelander High School in 1951 and then was employed for many years as an executive assistant for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. She married Allen Schultz on March 19, 1953, and they enjoyed almost 63 years of marriage. Sally enjoyed many hobbies in her spare time. She loved to play bridge with her many friends. Over the years, she also enjoyed golfing, fishing, horses, camping, canoeing and most any activity that got her and her family outdoors. Sally is survived by her husband, Allen; two sons, Scott Schultz of San Francisco, Calif., and Jeffrey (Denise) Schultz of Stevens Point; a brother, James (Marilyn) McCormick of Modesto, Calif.; a step-sister, Shirley Budris of Mount Prospect, Ill.; five grandchildren, Jason, Courtney, Ben, Serena and Tara; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 19, from 3 to 5 p.m., with a time of sharing at about 4:45 p.m., all at Carlson Funeral Home. (Carlson Funeral Home)
