Eagle River YMCA is offering a new course called cardio-kick and is led by personal trainer, Mandy Rottier. The course focuses on endurance, power, flexibility and cardio.

The class will be offered on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the field house of NPHS and will begin on June 19. The cost to attend for members is $10 for seven classes. Non-members are welcome for a fee of $35.

The YMCA is also offered a beginning exercise class called “Fits Everybody” and is geared toward those who are apprehensive to start an exercise regimen or for those who are coming out of surgery, illness or other lifestyle issues. The goal is to gently start on a path to wellness.

The class will begin Wednesday June 19 from 11 a.m. to noon. For more information, call the YMCA at (715) 479-9500.
