Whether a vehicle sustains a dent, scratch or is in a major collision, Gates Auto Body in Rhinelander will get it back on the road fast and good as new.

This company is owned by Troy Gates and Todd Stangl, and managed by Leon Pittsley. Leon has worked many years in the auto body industry and has a lot of experience partnering with insurance companies when claims need to be submitted.

In addition, the technicians at Gates Auto Body are skilled at repairing all makes of automobiles and light trucks, including foreign models, and are I-Car and ASE certified. Another service offered at Gates is free loaner vehicles.

“We know how inconvenient it is when a vehicle is in the shop,” Leon said. “This is a service we gladly provide our customers so they can continue getting around while their vehicle is being repaired.”

They will also arrange towing services if needed, or pick-up or drop-off of a vehicle within the Rhinelander area.

Leon provides free estimates. He will do a thorough and complete visual inspection, making sure all parts are included in the estimate. And if a repair needs more parts than was originally thought, Leon will work with a customer’s insurance company to make sure that is included in the claim. And all work done on vehicles at Gates has a lifetime warranty.

“We are so confident in our workmanship and the materials we use that we guarantee the repair for as long as a customer owns their vehicle,” Leon said. “Our goal is 100 percent satisfaction.”

Another service provided here is paintless dent removal, which is usually done on a one-day turn around time.

Because Leon and the staff are committed to total customer satisfaction, all vehicles get a thorough and complete wash and cleaning before they leave the shop. Carpets are vacuumed, the interior is dusted and the outside is washed.

“We have learned that getting back a clean vehicle with the correct repairs is very important to our customers,” Leon said. “Take it to Gates, the name you can trust in collision repair.”

Gates Auto Body is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. They are located at 3676 Hwy. 47 in the Rhinelander Chrysler dealership building. The website address is Gatesautobody.com.
