Oneida County Spring Election results

Oneida County voters selected Michael W. Schiek over Mary Burns for Circuit Court judge. Unofficial results show Scheik, the Oneida County District Attorney, won 6,636 votes to Burns’ 5,697. Burns was appointed to the bench last year to fill out the term of the retiring Patrick O’Melia.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice race went to Milwaukee County Judge Janet Protasiewicz beat Daniel Kelly 55.5% to 44.5%, with 99% of votes counted.

All three referendum questions received a majority of ‘yes’ votes

According to the Oneida County Clerk’s website, 13,097 voters, or 49.78% of the county’s registered voters cast ballots yesterday.

Many of the local races were uncontested; the unofficial results of the contested races are listed below.
