Health department seeks input

Still time to take survey that closes Sunday, Feb. 12
RHINELANDER – The Oneida County Health Department is gathering information for its Community Health Assessment. Anyone in the county can be part of that process by taking a brief community health survey, found on the OCHD website.
The survey closes Sunday, Feb. 12, so OCHD director Linda Conlon is asking for as many people as possible to participate by taking the survey. Conlon said they especially would like to get more responses from men and from older adults.
Everyone who completes the survey can opt into a drawing to win one of 200 $25 gift cards.
