RHS DECA students compete at state

Several Rhinelander High School students qualified to attend the International DECA Career Development Conference. DECA is an organization that helps prepare students for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management.
The students participated earlier this month at the state competition, though the international events have been canceled.
Those qualifying to move on were Valerie Dalka, Carmen Ibarra, Isabelle Haverkampf, Ashleigh Hull; Kendra Durkee, Makenzie Denny, Kaylee Brown and Kylie Gechas were accepted to attend the THRIVE Academy. Abbey Henrichs and Gwyn Lowry received a medal for their cluster test.
