The second half of the double header saw the boys playing to avenge their 53-47 loss to the Red Robins at Antigo. The Red Robins came out hitting several 3 point shots and defending the Hodags in the half court. The Robins at half time were leading by 11 points with a 32-21 score.
In the second half the Hodags increased the pressure and were better at defending the 3 point shots and were pushing the ball up the court quicker not allowing the Robins to get set in their pressure defense and that allowed the boys some better looks at the basket and some easy layups. The result was the Hodags outscoring the Red Robins 38-21 in the second half and come away with a 59-53 win. High scorers for the Hodags were Quinn Lamers and Peyton Erikson with 13 each. Travis Towne scored 11 points, Ross Skeen 9, Jackson Labs 6, Drake Martin 4 and Jacksen Smith chipped in one 3-point shot for his points.
