JWMS track teams compete in conference meet

The boys JWMS track team took first place at the Wisconsin Valley Conference Small Schools Track Meet held in Antigo May 17. The boys scoring 168 points, which was 50 points over Mosinee, the second place team.  Cole Worrall set a new conference record in the 200 meter hurdles

JWMS boys track team

The girls JWMS track team placed fifth, with 74 total points.  Overall, if both teams’ scores were added together, the Hodags would have placed second.

Coaching the students were Bill Makris, Moria King, Jeff Welk, Ryan Anderson, Tony Leman, Jeremy Biolo.
