Four-year-old Kindergarten registration to begin
The School District of Rhinelander has announced registration and screening dates for 2018-19 four-year-old kindergarten. Children must be four-years old before Sept. 1, 2018.
Parents and children may register at any of four locations, regardless of attendance area:
• March 12, 2-6:30 p.m. at Pelican Elementary School;
• April 9, 2-6:30 p.m. at Crescent Elementary School;
• April 16, 2-6:30 p.m. at Northwoods Community Elementary School;
• April 30, 2-6:30 p.m. at the Stevens Street site.
Registration will include a brief student screening, fun-filled stations, goody bags to take home, light refreshments and an opportunity to meet the teachers. Parents should bring their child’s birth certificate to the registration session.
