Viewpoint: Election glitches

First, as County Clerk, my sincere apologies to all the media and to all of my Oneida County constituents for being unable to provide the spring election results via the Oneida County website. Election results are extremely important to me as I know they are to you.
Our Citrix program failed due to technical problems which could not be corrected in a timely fashion. Therefore, the program was down.
My apologies for any inconvenience this technical issue may have caused. Please know we are taking steps to correct the issue so that we do not have similar problems in the future.
