To fill in the information void about the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Saint Augustine’s is providing one ACA program Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 1 p.m. in the Guild Hall at 39 South Pelham St.

“Information about the Affordable Care Act is needed in the Rhinelander community,” Father Dean Einerson of Saint Augustine’s Church said. “On Oct. 1, the range of choices available to individuals wishing to enroll in the Wisconsin Health Exchanges will be many. Given the lack of information available to most people, we think that many will have questions about how to proceed by mid-October.”

The speaker is Kevin Cane, Citizen Action of Wisconsin. Kane spoke in Rhinelander May 16 and his presentation was widely appreciated.

The program will provide ACA information for families, small businesses, seniors and retirees. The format will include a question and answer session once the presentation is complete.

The information will adhere to the details in the Affordable Care Act that will be useful to those attending. This is not a presentation to debate the pros and cons of the law. There is no fee for the program.
