Humane Society announces low-cost vaccination clinic
The Oneida County Humane Society and The Fix Is In, Inc. are partnering to protect area pets from rabies. The two animal groups will offer a low-cost vaccination clinic for pets at the American Legion Hall in Minocqua, Saturday, April 20. The clinic will run from 9 a.m. to noon, or until vaccine supplies are depleted. Rabies vaccinations for cats and dogs will be offered for $ 10 each.
Pets will be given a one-year vaccination. A current rabies vaccination is required by the State of Wisconsin for all dogs residing in the state. In addition, all towns require an up-to-date rabies vaccination in order to obtain a dog license
