Obituary: Kaye M. Juel

Kaye M. Juel, age 53 of Harshaw died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, with her husband, Mark, following a fire at their home. She was born Nov. 13, 1959, in Tomahawk to Raymond and Jean (Boote) Somers. She is survived by a son, Steven Juel of Tomahawk; daughter, Nicole (Tim) Augustine of Harshaw; her parents, Raymond and Jean Somers of Harshaw; two sisters, Becky (Dan) Richer of Green Bay and Samantha (Travis) Johnson of Harshaw; and four grandchildren. She was a longtime employee of Oneida County, where she served as administrator for the county jail. Funeral services for Kaye and Mark will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Faith Ev. Lutheran Church in Harshaw with Rev. Hans-Juergen Heisinger officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18, at Carlson Funeral Home and just prior to the time of services Tuesday at the church. Interment will be in the Union Grove Cemetery in Harshaw. A memorial will be established in honor of both Kaye and Mark and contributions may be directed in care of their family. (Carlson Funeral Home)
