RHINELANDER, 11/14/2012 – The YMCA of the Northwoods has become a participating location with United Health Care’s Healthy Contributions Program. Eligible United Health Care policy holders can now be reimbursed $20 for every month in which they have 12 visits to the YMCA of the Northwoods. This is good for up to 2 adults on the same policy. This reimbursement is available for both current as well as new members. Call the YMCA of the Northwoods at 715 362-9622 for information on how to get started on your reimbursement.
“This Fitness Incentive program is designed to help participants improve health and well-being while creating healthy lifestyle changes. An ongoing commitment will help maximize the benefits of this program.” says Krista Raske, Membership Director with the YMCA of the Northwoods. Raske says it is easy to get started with the program. United Health Care policy holders can obtain an activation code by logging on to www.gym.unitedhealthallies.com. Bring the activation code to the YMCA and complete a simple enrollment form and the process is finished.
