Local Northwoods blood drive locations

A community blood drive will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 19, from noon to 6 p.m., in Trig’s Riverwalk Centre, 232 S. Courtney St. in Rhinelander. To make an appointment, call the Community Blood Center at (800) 280-4102.

The American Red Cross will host a community blood drive on Friday, Sept. 21, from 12:30 to 5 p.m., at Elcho High School, N11268 Antigo St. in Elcho. No appointment is necessary.

The Community Blood Center donor site, located at 1575 Hwy. 51 N. in Arbor Vitae, will be open for blood donations during the following dates and times: Monday and Wednesday, Sept. 17 and 19, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, Sept. 18 and 20, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and Friday, Sept. 21, from 9 a.m. to noon.
