William R. Fischer, Oshkosh, charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense. Sentenced to 35 days in jail, probation for two years, fined $2,990, drivers license revoked for 30 months and to install an IID for one year.

Samual P. Cirilli, Woodruff, charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Count two dismissed. Fined $328.50. Review hearing Aug. 20.

Cory J. Barron, Rhinelander, charged with neglecting a child-consequence bodily harm, bail jumping and felony bail jumping. Sentenced to jail for 60 days and probation for two years.

Jesse J. Jacobson Jr., Wabeno, charged with operating while intoxicated, fifth offense, operating with a PAC, fifth offense and operating while revoked. Counts two and three dismissed. Sentenced to prison for 2.5 years, jail for one year, 2.5 years of extended supervision, probation for three years, drivers license revoked for 36 months and to install an IID for one year.

Danielle K. Hitter, Rhinelander, charged with theft of movable property less than $2,500, resisting or obstructing an officer and operating while intoxicated, second offense. Counts one and two dismissed. Sentenced to five days in jail, probation for one year, fined $1,109 and drivers license revoked for one year.

Cody J. Vaughn, Steven Point, charged with possession of an illegal prescription. Fined $263.50.

Jesse S. Scheibe, Green Bay, charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense. Warrant stayed. PTC July 18.

Melissa M. Kurth, Aniwa, charged with burglary to a building. Cash bond $1,000. AIA July 16.

Christopher W. Cousins, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and battery. Count two dismissed. Sentenced to five days in jail and fined $500. Review hearing Aug. 20.

Angela E. O’Neil, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting. Count two dismissed. Sentenced to probation for six months.

James R. Poikonen, Wausau, charged with retail theft less then $2,500. Sentenced to jail for 45 days and to pay $1,120.64 in restitution. Review hearing Dec. 17.

Craig A. Wassen, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct. Case dismissed.
