There’s a lot going on at the Bridal Gallerie in downtown Rhinelander. Take for instance the businesses’ recent move. Mary Taylor, owner and operator, has now settled in to her new location at 15 S. Brown St. in Rhinelander after moving the Bridal Gallerie, which was located in a Victorian home on Lincoln Street, last October. Mary’s main reason for the move was more room, and with all that room, Mary has expanded her inventory of beautiful wedding and prom dresses, accessories, shoes and much more.

Mary has always loved helping clients choose just the right outfit for that special occasion, whether that’s a wedding, prom or other memorable occasion. “Now I can provide the selection of big city shops with small town service,” she said.

Future brides will be especially impressed with the selection at the Bridal Gallerie. Several long racks are filled with beautiful gowns that can compliment any figure and accommodate any budget. In addition to bridal gowns Mary also has an extensive selection of bridesmaid and flower girl dresses and mother-of-the-bride/groom attire as well. Downstairs is the alteration room, along with many colorful and fun prom dresses, in addition to a large inventory of gowns that are on sale.

Guys will also be pleased to note that tuxedos and a selection of suits are available at the Bridal Gallerie. Fittings are performed here, and accessories such as hats and canes are also available. In fact, there are many accessories to choose from at the Bridal Gallerie. Everything from tiaras, shoes, invitations, gloves, veils, garters and more is available. Even undergarments, such as Spanx, are offered.

All alterations are performed in-house by Mary and Seamstress Nancy Smith. They have 40 years of sewing experience between them. Not only do they alter wedding gowns and prom dresses, but all clothing such as coats and suits as well.

Mary is also planning her annual Bridal Expo, which will be coming up this Saturday, Jan. 21, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. A fashion show will begin at 1:30 p.m. There will be numerous local wedding related exhibitors such as DJs, caterers, florists, photographers and cake decorators. The event is free (bring a donation for the food pantry) and there will be door prizes including a $500 gift certificate from the Bridal Gallerie. The fashion show will feature beautiful wedding dresses, bridesmaid and flower girl gowns and mother-of-the-bride attire also. Tuxedo fashions will be included as well.

The Bridal Gallerie is located at 15 S. Brown Street in downtown Rhinelander. It is open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
