Outlawz Fastpitch Tournament to benefit local food pantry

Posted

The Hodag Dome will come alive with competitive softball action next weekend as the Outlawz PGA Premier Girls Fastpitch Tournament takes center stage November 7-9, offering the community both exciting athletic competition and an opportunity to support neighbors in need.
The three-day tournament will feature talented fastpitch softball teams while simultaneously serving as a collection point for the Rhinelander Area Food Pantry. Organizers are encouraging spectators to bring packaged, non-perishable food items when they attend games. Collection bins will be stationed in the Hodag Dome lobby throughout the weekend to make donations convenient for attendees. Glass containers will not be accepted.
The food drive represents a partnership between Terry Wagner, Premier Girls Fastpitch, and Outlawz Fastpitch, all of whom are sponsoring the charitable effort. The Rhinelander Area Food Pantry expressed gratitude for the organizations’ community commitment.
“RAFP would like to thank Terry Wagner, Premier Girls Fastpitch and Outlawz Fastpitch for sponsoring this food drive and their dedication to our community,” pantry officials stated.
The tournament offers local residents a chance to watch high-level youth softball while supporting a vital community resource. Admission details and game schedules can be obtained by contacting the Hodag Dome.
