Baseball and softball clinic to be held at Hodag Park

Calling all area youth baseball and softball players!
Rhinelander GM Auto Group and the Wisconsin Chevy Dealers are once again hosting a free instructional baseball and softball clinic with the Wausau Woodchucks.
Register now for the free clinic, which will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, June 27 at Hodag Park. Players will break into groups and rotate through drills to learn and enhance their baseball/softball skills. Instruction will be provided by players and staff of the Wisconsin Woodchucks! The clinic is open to area youth of all skill levels ages 6-14. Participants with special needs, ages 6 and up, are encouraged to attend.
This is an RSVP-only event. See details below.

Check-in: 9 – 10 a.m.
Clinic rotations: 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Parent/guardian return to field: Noon
Dismissal: 12:30 p.m.

Parents/guardians are welcome to stay and watch the clinic. Should you decide to leave, you should return to the field by noon.

1. Select “Clinic registration”
2. Select “Wausau LMA” from drop down menu
3. Password: playball
4. Select “Rhinelander Clinic,” fill out and submit registration form.

What should the participants bring to the clinic?
- Each participant should have a completed and signed participation waiver!
- Water bottle, with the name of the participant on it.
- A baseball/softball glove with the name of the participant on it.
- Batting gear (optional but encouraged)
- Proper shoes. Tennis shoes or rubber cleats. *No sandals or open-toe shoes.
- Sunscreen and bug repellant must be applied prior to drop off.
