Crystal S. Schirmacher, Rhinelander, charged with manufacture/deliver amphetamine [CTC] and purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth [CTC]. Count one dismissed, WHS/POP two years with 134 days jail credit.
