Gabriel R. Huempfner, Rhinelander, charged with two counts theft of movable property and one count theft of movable property >$2,500-$5,000. Defendant has complied with DPA, case dismissed.
David A. Berube, Butte, MT, charged with child enticement-expose sex organ. Count amended, sentenced to 40 days county jail with 28 days jail credit, fined $400, $1,820 extradition costs and $1,000 to be deposited in defendant attorney trust account for future restitution.

Crystal S. Schirmacher, Rhinelander, charged with manufacture/deliver amphetamine [CTC] and purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth [CTC]. Count one dismissed, WHS/POP two years with 134 days jail credit.
