The girls soccer team was trying for another win on Tuesday night as the Kingsford Flivvers visited Mike Webster stadium. Kingsford has a fast, young team with only four seniors on the roster.

The first half ended in a 0-0 tie but with MaKenna Brown already out before the game and Ella Schiek injured midway through the first half, some of the Hodag speed was gone.

Much of the game was played in the Hodag end of the pitch with Kingsford controlling the game and putting a lot of pressure on the Hodag defense. The defense caved with only 3:11 left in the game as the Flivvers Erika Malone, a sophomore, put in the game winning goal.
