Rondele Ranch in Harshaw hosted a “Fireworks Spectacular” fundraiser June 30, and this week presented a check to the Cassian Fire Department for a portion of the proceeds. Event organizer Kiley Berg said there were some 3,000 people in attendance; the largest crowd the ranch has ever hosted which contributed to the $5,100 check the fire department received.

Cassian firefighters-first responders are from left, Michael Leair, Mike Winter, Pete Stechbauer, Joe Jorgenson, Greg Tuyls, Kiley Berg, Ed Tadych, Sonny Giesfeldt, Rod Randolph, Todd Rampart, Nick Kuckkan, Larry Giesfeldt and Eric Hopp. Not pictured, Mike Stechbauer, Greg Taylor, Stacy Plamann and Cody Henrickson.

Rondele Ranch will host a larger and improved July 4 event in 2020, with proceeds benefitting military veterans. Berg said the next event at Rondele will be Oktoberfest Sept. 21.
