Rhinelander tennis hosts invite; sweeps competition

The Hodag tennis team upped its record to 8-0 with a 7-0 victory over Merrill, 6-1 over Ashland, 7-0 over Ironwood.
Coach Bob Heideman noted the doubles teams were more aggressive , which resulted in more winners.  Haley, Annika, Alexis and Madi all volleyed better on Saturday, he said, adding that Emma Roberts moved her opens side to side well
and Jadien, Izzy, Kathryn and Lisa all picked up their first varsity win of the season.
