Sex offender to be released into Oneida County

The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office has released information that a sex offender, who has been convicted four times since 1971, will be released into the county Dec. 5.
Mark Kramer, Sr., 71, will reside at 4120 Flannery Lake Road and will be supervised by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, probation and parole office in Rhinelander.
On July 18, 2007, Kramer was convicted of 2nd Degree sexual assault of a child in St. Croix County. According to the sheriff’s office, Kramer sexually assaulted a 10-year-old female relative.
OTHER CONVICTIONS

• 4th Degree sexual assault in 1980, which involved a child at a school where Kramer had been working;
•Lewd and lascivious behavior in 1976;
• Indecent exposure in 1971.
He will remain on supervision until Dec. 11, 2032, and is required to register with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry for life. The registry can be viewed at www.widocoffenders.org.
