It will be awhile before the cause of yesterday’s fire at Joe’s Pasty Shop in Rhinelander will be determined. Firefighters were called to 123  Randall Ave., the backdoor entrance to Joe’s Pasty Shop, shortly before 5 p.m. Saturday.

Fire Department Deputy Chief Dan Bauer said the fire was located immediately upon entering the building from Randall Avenue. Police and Fire officials were on the scene about 5 1/2 hours.

No one was in the building at the time.
