Paul R. Zemke, Minocqua, charged with possession of THC. Charge amended, five days jail with Huber privileges, WHS/POP one year, $60 restitution and 60 hours community service.

Jaime S. Rickert, Eagle River, charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance [CTC], possession of methamphetamine precursors [CTC], maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Counts one and two amended, counts four and five dismissed, judgment deferred and DPA accepted on count three, WHS/POP two years, RH June 27, $3,500 signature bond set.

Jeremy M. Cooper, Rhinelander, charged with battery by prisoners, resisting or obstructing an officer and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Count one amended, counts two, three and four dismissed, sentenced to jail nine months impose and stay with Huber privileges, three years probation and $1,000 fine.

Alexandra J. Shoeder, Rhinelander, charged with OWI(4th within 5 years), operating with a PAC(4th within 5 years).14, vehicle operator flee/elude officer and operating while revoked. Counts two and four dismissed. On count one, sentenced to jail six months with Huber privileges and 14 days credit, WHS/POP three years, fined $2,500, DL revocation 36 months and IID 12 months.

Jesus M. Fernandez, Rhinelander, charged with purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of methamphetamine. WHS/POP one year.

Michael D. LaBrosse, Rhinelander, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. WHS/POP one year, fined $500, two days jail credit. In another case, charged with disorderly conduct [domestic abuse-infliction of physical pain or injury]. Charge dismissed.

Sara M. Towne, Eagle River, charged with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, obtaining a prescription drug with fraud and possession with intent to deliver prescriptions. Count one dismissed, count three amended, WHS/POP 18 months with one day jail credit.

Deborah A. Healy, Rhinelander, charged with purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of methamphetamine [PTAC] and felony bail jumping. In another case, charged with purchasing pseudoephedrine for another person with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of methamphetamine, possession methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine. Signature bond set at $2,500, not guilty pleas, PTC Aug. 18.

Brian J. Hruda, Tomahawk, charged with battery, strangulation/suffocation and battery. DPA accepted, bail continued, RH June 20.

Saxon T. Henry, Eagle River, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Signature bond set at $1,500, PTC Aug. 18.

Wednesday, July 15

Brieanna M. Persike, Wausau, charged with theft of movable property, burglary of a building or dwelling and fraudulent use of a financial transaction card. On count two, judgment deferred and DPA accepted. On other counts, sentenced to 120 days jail with Huber privileges, WHS/POP two years and $187.28 restitution with additional amount TBD.

Michael F. Nelson, Lake Tomahawk, charged with OWI(4th) and operating with a PAC(4th). Count two dismissed, no contest to OWI(4th) misdemeanor. Sentenced to 45 days jail with Huber privileges, WHS/POP three years, fined $2,605, 30 months DL revocation and one year IID.

Brandon J. Kennedy, Lake Tomahawk, charged with disorderly conduct, false imprisonment, two counts of felony bail jumping and OWI(2nd). Counts one, three and four previously dismissed. On count two, sentenced four months county jail with Huber privileges and 75 days jail credit on revocation, WHS/POP two years, restitution TBD. On count five, concurrent sentence, $1,615 forfeiture, 14 months DL revocation and one year IID.

Timothy D. Mortensen, Tomahawk, charged with operating while revoked and felony bail jumping. Case dismissed. In another case, charged with OWI(4th within 5 years) and operating while revoked. Count two dismissed. Sentenced to six months jail with Huber privileges, WHS/POP two years, $1,959 fine, 26 months DL revocation and one year IID.

Thursday, July 16

Charles A. Burger, Chippewa Falls, charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Signature bond set at $750, not guilty plea, warrant quashed, PTC Sept. 8.

Dekoda D. Wise, Yucca Valley, CA, charged with failure to support a child(120 days+). Bond modified to $2,500 signature bond, bail continued, DPA accepted, RH Sept. 19.

Friday, July 17

Jacob P. Kozey, Minocqua, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer. Judgment deferred, DPA accepted, bail continued, RH March 7.

Kyle C. Kontney, Ironwoon, MI, charged with OWI(2nd) and operating with a PAC(2nd).285. At a sentencing hearing on revocation, sentenced to 100 days jail with 40 days jail credit.

Tina M. Mitchum, Milwaukee, charged with misappropriating ID info to obtain money [PTAC]. At a sentencing hearing on revocation, sentenced to WSP five years(two initial confinement, three extended supervision) with 505 days jail credit.
