The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office has issued a thank you the media and the public for their assistance in identifying two persons that were being sought in connection with the use of a stolen credit card.  Tips received from the public allowed the Sheriff’s Office to apprehend the suspects.  Andrew C. Washburn and Brieanna M. Persike both from Wausau were apprehended and will be going to court in the future for their involvement in the incident.  The investigation is still ongoing.  The media and public’s assistance were crucial to the successful apprehension of the suspects.
