YMCA of the Northwoods in Rhinelander is once again hosting its annual fish boil to benefit the active older adult program at the Y. The dinner is Friday, Sept. 12, at the Y, from 5 to 7 p.m. The Big Lake Fish Company will be cooking an all-you-can-eat Door County-style fish boil dinner with potatoes, onions, cole slaw, baked beans, a dessert, and coffee and lemonade. A cash bar will be open for beer.
This event is a fundraiser for the active older adult department at the Y which provides fitness, educational and social programs for all seniors in the community.
Advance dinner reservations are $15 for an adult, and $10 for youth under 10 years old. Children ages 4 and under get in free. Tickets purchased at the door are $18 per adult and $12 for youth. Tickets may be purchased at the YMCA in Rhinelander or by calling the Y at 715-362-9622.
