Children in grades Kindergarten through fifth are invited to the annual 4-H Holiday Craft Workshop to be held this year from 9 to 11:30 a.m., Dec 7 in the basement of the Curran Professional Building, 315 Oneida Ave. in downtown Rhinelander.

That morning, youth will be able to choose up to five hands-on craft activities to do from 10 different ones available. The finished products can be used then as gifts or decorations for the home. In addition, each child will be able to have a picture taken with an animal at the Santa Paws station.

Santa will be on hand to greet those who attend and a healthy treat will be served. The various craft activities in which youth can participate include making bookmarks, votive candle holders, ornaments, frosting Christmas tree creations and cards.

Bring a donation for the Rhinelander Food Pantry as an entrance fee. There is no pre-registration necessary.

For more information, call the UW-Extension office at 715-365-2750.
