YMCA announces holiday fitness incentive

The YMCA of the Northwoods is offering the Ho Ho Hold Your Weight program to help people maintain their weight during the holiday season.

Participants of the program will receive a packet at weigh in that will give healthy tips, recipes and other recommendations for avoiding the dreaded “seasonal seven.”

The cost of the program is $15 for members.

Participants who maintain their weight, lost weight or stayed within two pounds of their weight will receive $10 back and be eligible for the grand prize drawing for half the remaining pot after paybacks.

For those who gained more than two pounds will have their entire $15 added to the pot.
