The St. Germain Chamber of Commerce will be holding the 54th Annual Colorama Festival Sept. 21, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This fall-themed event takes place in St. Germain Community Park, which is located at the corners of Highways 70 and 155.
St. Germain is the “Birthplace of Colorama” and visitors will enjoy the wide variety of activities at this year’s event. The main focus will be the arts and crafts show with handmade items created by exhibitors from around the region. Another attraction is the farmer’s market, where locally grown produce can be purchased directly from the producers.

Another favorite is the “Mum’s the Word” flower sale sponsored by the St. Germain Chamber. Colorful mums will be for sale, but they sell out fast, so get there early for the best selection. Kids will enjoy the free pumpkin painting contest and kid’s games scheduled throughout the day.

Free horse-drawn wagon rides will also be available throughout the day for everyone’s enjoyment. Food and beverages will also be served throughout the day.

For more information about the show, visit www.st-germain.com.
