The Rhinelander District Library has announced it will present the fourth annual Local Author Fair on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Rhinelander High School. The event will include an Author Talk with Michael Perry from 12 p.m.-1 p.m. Sponsored by the Rhinelander District Library Foundation, this event is free and open to the public. The Local Author Fair will take place from 10-11:30 a.m. in the RHS commons.
“Twenty-four Wisconsin authors will be there to meet new readers, sell and sign books, and chat with the public,” according to a library press release. “The public is strongly encouraged to bring and use cash upon deciding to purchase from authors. Authors present will include, Lynne Carol Austin, Charity Boucher, Tom Burg, Beth Champine, Tatum Evans, Jason F. Franz, Pamela J. A. Fullerton, Cheryl Hanson/Ceone Fenn, Coyote Herron, Susan Huebner, Jacqueline Hurley, Karen Sue Kiey, Chris Kincaid, Jill Kuszmarski, Jim Landwehr, S. C. Mitchell, Jennifer Schmidig, Michael Skubal, Anastasia Stelse, Beth Stensvold, David Tank, Rachel Waldburger, and Betty White.”
Perry’s keynote address will take place in the John and Dori Brown Performing Arts Center.
