Kiwanis Student of the Week
The Kiwanis Club of Rhinelander honored an outstanding RHS senior at its weekly meeting. Alexis Rose Heise is the captain for the dance team, which has gone to state four years in a row. She also participated in FCCLA and was RHS Student of the Month twice. She has completed the CNA course through Nicolet College and plans to get an associate degree in nursing at Nicolet before transferring to UW-Green Bay for her bachelor’s degree. Alexis hopes to become a labor and delivery physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner.
