Wisconsin’s abnormally dry spring is fueling an active wildfire season. Join DNR fire prevention experts Tuesday, April 21, for a noon chat about steps property owners can take to prevent – and to prepare – for wildfires. It starts with a simple walk back to a burned debris pile to make sure it’s truly out. Or, removing pine needles from your roof and gutters.  Wildfire Prevention Week is April 19-25.
