“Bob’s leadership over the past decade has been nothing short of transformative,” said Trygve Solberg, Chairman of T.A. Solberg Co., Inc. “He has built a culture of excellence, championed professional associate training, and positioned our company as an innovative industry leader. We are incredibly grateful for his service and thrilled that we will continue to benefit from his insight on our Board of Directors.”

Solberg continued, “I am excited to announce Nate Weitz’s promotion to COO. Nate has been a cornerstone of our leadership team for 22 years. His rise through our company from a department leader to corporate executive showcases our organization’s philosophy to promote from within.
