Rennes Health and Rehab donates $50,000 to Kiwanis playground project

Posted

The Rhinelander Kiwanis Club has received a $50,000 donation from Rennes Health and Rehab Center of Rhinelander in support of its playground project at Hodag Park.
According to a Kiwanis press release, this significant gift will help with Phase 2 of the project—a fully inclusive playground that will provide children of all abilities with a safe, accessible, and engaging place to play. The playground complements the splash pad that opened earlier this year and continues the vision of creating a destination where families can gather, play, and make lasting memories.
“We are incredibly grateful to Rennes of Rhinelander for their generosity and commitment to our community,” said Kerry Brekke, president of Rhinelander Kiwanis Club. “Their investment will have a lasting impact on local families and visitors for generations to come.”
Rennes of Rhinelander has a long history of caring for the community, and this donation reflects its commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families throughout the Northwood, the release states. The Kiwanis Playground Project is made possible through the generosity of businesses, organizations, and individuals who believe every child deserves a place to play. Fundraising efforts continue as the Kiwanis Club works toward completing the playground.
Kiwanis invites the community to join in supporting the playground project through donations, partnerships, and volunteer efforts. Community members can support the Splash Pad and Playground Project by donating online at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/hodag-park-playground-and-splash-pad-project or visiting the Kiwanis Facebook Page by searching for Rhinelander Kiwanis Foundation.
