Outstanding Seniors

The Kiwanis Club of Rhinelander honored two outstanding RHS students at its weekly meeting. Kendra Durkee is captain of the cross country team, president of FBLA/DECA, and is on the Jeans for Teens committee. She is also a long-distance runner on the track team, and volunteers at Ruby's Pantry and at Frederick Place. Durkee plans to attend UW-Stout and major in family and consumer science education.

Devon Gaber is captain of the swim team, was a state champion last year in the 200 freestyle relay, is a member of the golf team. Gaber is active in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and plans to attend Saint Ambrose University, where he will be a member of the swimming team and major in mechanical engineering.
