NEWBOLD – One person is dead following a UTV accident in the town of Newbold Feb. 13. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office responded to an emergency call at 1:18 p.m. at private property off Forest Lane.
The caller stated the operator had struck a tree and did not have a pulse and was not breathing. Upon arrival at the scene of the accident it was determined the operator was deceased.
No further information has been released. The accident remains under investigation.
