Obituary: Linda Ann O'Brien

Linda Ann O’Brien, age 70 of Rhinelander, died Thursday, May 17, 2018, in Tomahawk.  She was born May 11, 1948, in Rhinelander to Joseph “Oakley” and June (Sala) Krout.

Linda is survived by her husband, Patrick O’Brien of Rhinelander; her three children, Joseph (Tami) Salzer, and June Salzer, both of Rhinelander, and Thomas (Ashton) Evertsen of Almond; three grandchildren; stepdaughter, Iris (Matt) Dodge of Hudson; family, friends and her caregivers at Tomahawk Health Services.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, David Krout.

The funeral service for Linda will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 21, at Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tomahawk with Rev. Mark Gass officiating.  Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the Carlson Funeral Home in Rhinelander and from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Monday at the church.  Interment will be in the Enterprise Cemetery.
