Obituary: Charles A. Worden

Charles A. Worden, age 81, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015 at the V.A. Medical Center in Iron Mountain, Michigan with his family by his side. He was born Jan. 1, 1934 to Henry and Catherine (Baer) Worden in Appleton. Charles is survived by his children, Susan (Artie) Beyer, Carrie (Kerry) Brenton, John, Cindy (Gary) Vozka, Kathy (Randy Ready) Felton; and daughter-in-law, Nancy Worden all of Rhinelander; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a sister, MaryJane Worden. He is preceded in death by his son, Chuck and grandson, Michael Felton. A memorial service will be held Sunday, Feb. 15 at 12 noon at Hildebrand Russ Funeral Home with Chaplain John Uhlarik officiating. Military Honors will follow. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. (Hildebrand Russ Funeral Home)
